Pride Tool’s modern, full-service shop includes the latest certified welding technologies with capabilities in steel, stainless, aluminum, and super alloys.

Our Certified Welding

Our certified welders are technical school trained in the latest methods and best practices. We employ GMAW and FCAW (mig), GTAW (tig), and SMAW (stick) welding techniques based on project needs.

Overall formed and welded dimensions meet most customer tolerance requirements and are typical with +/- 0.030”.  We regularly handle sheet sizes up to 5’ X 10’, with typical thicknesses of 3/8” for aluminum and stainless steel and 3/4" for carbon steel.

Technical Data

As with everything manufactured by Pride Tool, certified welding is subject to comprehensive quality control measures and meets the highest industry standards.  Beyond precision component parts, we are equipped to weld structures, precision valves, and piping assemblies in steel and aluminum.

Surface treating and finishing such as painting, etching, zinc plating, and electropolish are also available. We produce high-quality fabricated parts for short to long production volumes.
